Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations
The Associated Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore operates an investment pool for itself, its agencies and other not-for-profits. We are in search of an Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations who will be responsible for: (i) directly supporting the volunteer investment committee process; (ii) leading customer service efforts for institutional clients; (iii) coordinating information collection and dissemination; and (iv) other tasks as deemed necessary.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with the Chair of the investment committee and outside investment consultant to plan and execute investment committee meetings for the investment committee and five subcommittees;
Provide customer support service to institutional clients invested with the fund, including in‑person reporting to client’s boards/committees;
Monitor reporting from investment managers, compile and summarize findings to committee members;
Prepare investor relations materials for internal and external users;
Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions; and
Other duties or tasks as the supervisor may deem necessary.
What we're looking for:
College degree in finance or economics is preferred or an equivalent,
5 plus years of experience in the financial services industry.
Logical decision-making process incorporating analysis and judgment
Ability to communicate effectively and foster deep relationship
Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to organize and synthesize data to reach conclusions
Attention to detail combined with a solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently and in collaboration with team
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Salary range is approximately $100,000-$110,000. Commensurate with experience.
