A family of four is seeking a full-time nanny with experience caring for infants, primarily focusing on their 4-month-old. They also have a 5-year-old who attends kindergarten, summer camps, and after-school activities. The parents typically pick up the older child at 5/5:30 PM, so no additional care is required unless in case of emergencies.
The family resides a 15-minute walk from the commuter rail, but they would prefer if this isn't the nanny's sole means of transportation to work.
Although the primary responsibility is the infant, the family prefers candidates with experience caring for multiple children simultaneously in case the need arises. They view the nanny role as a partnership and value flexibility in adapting to different household methods. Cooperation and teamwork are emphasized for the benefit of everyone.
While on duty, the nanny will have access to the family's extra car, equipped with child seats for transportation needs.There is an option for the nanny to travel with the family if necessary, although it's not mandatory.
Requirements:
