Housekeeper

Job Overview:
The Baby Hive is seeking a dedicated and trustworthy housekeeper with nanny experience to become an integral part of a welcoming family’s household. The ideal candidate will share the family's values of trust and honesty, aiming to build a like-family relationship. The ideal candidate is someone with exceptional organizational skills, a strong work ethic, has a love for children and works well within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Full-time position (40-45 hours per week)
• Performing cleaning, tidying, and organizing tasks
• Stocking household supplies
• Making lists and prioritizing tasks
• Food prep and family cooking
• Nannying responsibilities
• Observing and maintaining order in the home
• Proactively managing household functionality
• Taking over for the nanny during breaks or as needed
• Utilizing delivery services (Instacart, Amazon)
• Familiarity with organic and standard cleaning products (Seventh Generation, vinegar, Clorox for specific tasks)
• Handling delicate and valuable items with care
• Familiarity with basic home organization systems (no specific method required)

Experience:
- Proven experience in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in event planning and execution
- Knowledge of residential cleaning techniques and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
- Previous experience in hotel or property management is a plus
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and record keeping

Requirements:

• Up-to-date T-dap vaccination
• Ability to work 40-45 hours per week consistently
• Guarantee of weekly hours
• Own transportation required
• Reimbursement for mileage during working hours
