Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Source and recruit qualified applicants to fill open positions
· Screen, interview, and recommend prospective employees for open positions
· Ensure candidates have a complete understanding and realistic picture of responsibilities, compensation, training, schedule requirements, benefits, career opportunities, operations, and facilities
· Make hiring recommendations; notifies applicants of consideration or declination; conducts, reviews, and communicates results of applicant testing
· Source through advertisements, computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals
· Collaborate with management to communicate various Human Resources employment policies and procedures
· High degree of organization skill – requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
· Outstanding suite of communication skills, including verbal, written and listening
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word
· Experience with major sourcing sites required
· Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple priorities
· Excellent team skills with the ability to create effective relationships with peers and leadership
· Self-starter who can work and learn fast and maintain a positive attitude
· Ability to prioritize and work under deadline pressures
· High degree of organizational skill – requires the ability to balance and prioritize a multitude of requests, initiatives in various stages of completion
· Ability to interact effectively with multiple internal teams in a fast-paced environment
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
· Ideal candidate will have experience with high volume hiring
· 1 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
