We are a leading staffing firm and our clients include some over the nation’s biggest companies. Our client has a need for a Accounting Associate. This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening. For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.
Accounting Associate
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Accounting Associate will include:
- Compensation (Range): 22 / hour
- Organize packing lists and invoices from suppliers, including Quality Organization approval, and file paid invoices.
- Review supplier statements and invoices, research discrepancies as needed.
- Conduct weekly review of supplier payment due invoices and manage ACH spreadsheet. Communicate payment details to parent organization and suppliers.
- Track orders from OEMs and aftermarket, issue sales orders and send to team.
- Maintain awareness of customer product shipments and process and send invoices to customers.
- Provide administrative assistance by collecting and distributing mail, ordering office and cleaning supplies, planning employee lunches and events.

Job Requirements
As a Accounting Associate you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma/GED plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
