This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Operations Analyst
Job Responsibilities
Your specific duties as a Operations Analyst will include:
- Compensation (Range): $22 / hour
- This position is an analytical resource to support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting relevant data as it relates to business operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Research and prepare analyses/output for Business Unit (BU) operations and operational effectiveness in the customer satisfaction space.
- Track, maintain and provide up-to-date information on BU metrics and scorecards consistent with objectives and goals.
- Work with BU staff to develop a sound understanding of targets, metrics, and trends in customer satisfaction.
- Analyze the effectiveness of current customer satisfaction initiatives and develop or recommend new initiatives across the BU.
- Develop strategic presentations leveraging data visualization tools.

Job Requirements
As a Operations Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- High School and 3 years of related work experience or Bachelor's degree in business with a minimum of 1 year of related business experience.
- Other Requirements
- Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) applications sufficient to apply them with minimal instruction or guidance.
