This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies. Applicant must be eligible to work in the US for immediate opening.  For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Operations Analyst        

Job Responsibilities                                              

Your specific duties as a Operations Analyst will include:   

• Compensation (Range):  $22 / hour
• This position is an analytical resource to support the monitoring, tracking, and reporting relevant data as it relates to business operations and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
• Research and prepare analyses/output for Business Unit (BU) operations and operational effectiveness in the customer satisfaction space.
• Track, maintain and provide up-to-date information on BU metrics and scorecards consistent with objectives and goals.
• Work with BU staff to develop a sound understanding of targets, metrics, and trends in customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the effectiveness of current customer satisfaction initiatives and develop or recommend new initiatives across the BU.
• Develop strategic presentations leveraging data visualization tools.

Job Requirements

As a Operations Analyst you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty. You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• High School and 3 years of related work experience or Bachelor's degree in business with a minimum of 1 year of related business experience.
• Other Requirements
• Proficient verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify key issues and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) applications sufficient to apply them with minimal instruction or guidance.
