- The mission of the Operations Manager is to partner with the Leadership Team as an empire protection & integrator, running the day to day operations of the team & managing the team members on the operations staff & sales team.
- This person stays five steps ahead of their team to anticipate problems before they arise, solve problems & prepare a plan of action for anything that arises.
- Doing these things at a high level will allow for The Berns Team to reach their mission, revenue, and profitability goals.
- The most important responsibility of the Operations Manager is to ensure that systems & projects are built & executed with a high level of efficiency, accuracy, flexibility, and positivity in order to support the team.
- Previous administrative experience (2-5 years supporting a team)
- Previous leadership position
- Highly detail-oriented
- Ability to pivot quickly and problem-solve on their toes
- Loves community, connection, & helping others thrive
- Past experiences with CRMs and system management skills

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
