Regional Vice President of Operations
The Blake by QSL Management (QSLM) is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee and lead our Southeast Region. This leader must be core value driven and champion the phrase, "We Serve Others". They must be able to build and maintain a culture where team members can grow and thrive yet push for excellence in all areas of operations and resident care.
Our ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years of industry experience. Of which, 3-5 years should reflect the role of an executive director or administrator of a senior living community. Additionally, our candidate should have exceptional leadership abilities with a proven track record of hiring, retaining and developing strong core value driven teams at all levels.
Due to our strong anticipated growth, our ideal leader should have a strong background in development and pre-opening operations. Additionally, the candidate should have a thorough knowledge of post opening, ramp up operations. Our ideal candidate must have the ability to travel.
The Regional Vice President of Operations will be required to be based in the southeast region. The exact location is open for discussion.
