What are the responsibilities and job description for the Youth Sports Instructor position at The Boar's Head Resort?
Job description
We're looking for Sports Instructors to work with 3-17 year old boys and girls!
The Sports Instructor will work with our Fitness Manager teaching some of our youngest players the basics of Martial Arts, Volleyball, Fencing, Gymnastics, and/or basketball, or another possible proposed sport. The Instructor should be an expert on the game rules based on age range.
The Instructor will bring positive energy to the space to help ensure everyone is having a great experience. They will need to enjoy working with children and be able to manage them with patience and ensure lessons start and end on time.
The ideal candidate will have a background working with children as young as age 3. A sports background is definitely a plus. Must be highly motivated, a self-starter, and have the ability to inspire and lead others. Must be able to teach basic fundamentals in a manner that's fun and encouraging.
This is a part time job with pay based on number of participants and flexible hours.
