POSITION SUMMARY:The Boelter Companies, a supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a full-time Field Supervisor position supporting the sale and installation of commercial foodservice equipment projects in the assigned market territory. Customers will include architects, general contractors, and a variety of foodservice operators including restaurants, chain accounts, senior living, business in-plant feeding, hotels, hospitals, sports & entertainment venues.The associate will embody and execute our company core values within all day-to-day duties and responsibilities:  We work as a team, leveraging our collective strengthsWe are passionate, bringing resiliency, creativity, and gritWe do what’s right with honesty, respect, and accountabilityWe are reliable, through innovative and streamlined processesWe have fun, celebrating successes and learning from failuresWe build relationships, helping our colleagues and customers thriveEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:• Must have associate degree or bachelor’s degree and/or one to three years of relevant experience.• Previous experience with layout and design is preferred; project management experience is a plus. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.• Previous experience with AutoQuotes is a plus.• Previous experience in the foodservice industry is a plus.• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.• Must work well under pressure and can work on multiple projects at one time.• Must be comfortable with jobsite conditions.• Must be able to travel, when required.• Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and continually demonstrates poise, tact and diplomacy. PERFORMANCE BEHAVIORS (COMPETENCIES):• Commitment: Makes commitment to learn new skills and processes.
