Boldt Holdings, an affiliate of The Boldt Company, specializes in the development of healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Due to recent growth and an increase in client needs, the company is seeking a Leasing and Sales Representative with experience in leasing, market analysis, and relationship management.

The position’s primary responsibilities involve two disciplines that are rooted in sales and relationship management:
- Leasing - working with the group’s development and asset management teams to lease space in both new development projects and stabilized properties.
- Sales – assisting our business development team in the creation of the marketing strategy, helping manager our CRM software, and executing on the creation of our Sales Qualified Leads.
The Leasing and Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Inside and outside sales function
- Market analysis, including demographic analysis, competing medical office building surveys, and demand assessments;
- Leasing, including:
- Identifying potential tenants;
- Working with marketing staff to craft a leasing program and “go to market” strategy for individual properties;
- Marketing the property to potential tenants and preparing Letters of Intent;
- Working with Planning / Design / Construction team to optimize suites;
- Lease negotiations and, with management supervision, closing deals;
- Analysis and comparison of lease economics;
- Managing relationship with health system partners.

Required Experience
What we expect from you:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in leasing healthcare facilities or sales in a healthcare setting.
Initially, the position involves working directly with senior leadership of the company. A candidate’s level of experience and understanding in the leasing and sales process will determine their level of responsibility overseeing the full array of activities.
The position is based in downtown Milwaukee, although candidates from other locations will also be considered. Travel requirements vary depending upon the location of projects but moderate travel outside of the office (including outside of the state) should be expected.
Physical requirements and working conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The ability to optimally communicate is required. The employee may occasionally move up to 15 pounds.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment. The environment for which this position functions may contain scents and fragrances. May be requested to work overtime and weekends.
