What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at The Bower?
The Bower is a full service restaurant and bar proudly highlighting locally sourced American cuisine. Louisiana Farmers and farmers markets are our jam and inspiration. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks for guests in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way
- Greet and welcome our guests and promptly serve them beverages
- Assess needs and preferences of customers to make recommendations
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Fulfill bar prep responsibilities as needed including making syrups, cutting garnishes, preparing produce and more
- Set and clear bar at the beginning and end of each shift
- Clean glassware and perform other side work as needed
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
