Estimator Role
The Estimator's primary responsibility is to provide accurate and timely estimates for vehicle repairs. This involves assessing damage, documenting necessary repairs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies throughout the process.
- Ensure all customer interactions are documented accurately and efficiently.
- Provide customers with clear and concise information about the repair process.
- Maintain compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold basic computer skills and knowledge of repairs and original equipment manufacturer (OE) guidelines.
- Have a minimum of one year experience in a related field.
- Hold a valid driver's license.
