At The Brand Guild, we craft and tell the stories of some of the nation’s top purpose-driven brands, such as sweetgreen, The Bouqs, JUST Egg, Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams and Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. We are an integrated team of experts across Public Relations, Marketing, Events and Creative that builds strategies, creates experiences and influences audiences to win for our clients, and we are looking for a Marketing Manager who is eager to grow with us.
Note: Initially this position will be remote, but can be based in our NY or DC Office once our team returns to a flexible hybrid schedule.

You Will:
- Develop strategic roadmaps and annual plans
- Conceptualize, plan and execute exciting results-driven integrated marketing campaigns
- Manage multiple projects from conception to completion by working closely with team members and management
- Produce and manage timelines and ensure deadline and budget adherence
- Act as a leader within the office with an eye towards positive company culture
- Work with influencers at all levels for events, brand awareness campaigns and gifting
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and sponsorships on behalf of The Brand Guild’s clients
- Manage and conceptualize consumer activations (both virtual and in-person) including programming, digital marketing, influencer relations, and event logistics
- Bring a creative mindset to help meet our client’s goals and business objectives
- Act as a key client contact to foster a positive client-agency relationship
- Work closely with senior leadership on collaborative client projects
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience in a marketing or communications role (agency experience strongly preferred as well as experience with lifestyle, food and beverage, beauty and/or fashion brands)
- Extensive knowledge of current events, industry news and trends to effectively communicate big ideas to clients
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns preferred
- Strong initiative with ability to self manage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
