As the cornerstone of our integrated facilities management, you'll steer the ship towards excellence, ensuring our private schools both K-12 and higher education locations, provide safe, inspiring learning environments. What You'll Do: Strategic Excellence: Develop and execute a cutting-edge facilities management strategy in alignment with educational goals. Innovative Solutions: Pioneering SOPs, KPIs, and best practices that set the bar for maintenance, janitorial, and landscape services. Campus Asset Planning: Craft a facilities condition audit program, providing clear maintenance and replacement plans for all campus assets. Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with account teams, leveraging CMMS tools to streamline work orders and boost service value. Champion of CMMS: Identify a top-tier CMMS system, enhancing client offerings and efficiency within our Salesforce suite. Leadership Captain: Direct account teams with insights into integrated facilities services for the education sector. Community Engagement: Actively participate in key associations, shaping the industry and expanding our network. Talent Magnet: Recruit, nurture, and lead teams to their full potential, ensuring top-tier performance and growth. Safety Sentinel: Enforce rigorous safety standards across all operations, making well-being a top priority. What You Bring: Visionary Background: Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred. Trailblazing Experience: A decade in integrated facilities management, ideally in private education or equivalent. Building Maintenance Savviness: Deep understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulations. Project Wizardry: Proven project management prowess, from budgeting to resource allocation.
