Campus Asset Planning: Craft a facilities condition audit program, providing clear maintenance and replacement plans for all campus assets. Operational Enhancement: Collaborate with account teams, leveraging CMMS tools to streamline work orders and boost service value. Champion of CMMS: Identify a top-tier CMMS system, enhancing client offerings and efficiency within our Salesforce suite. Leadership Captain: Direct account teams with insights into integrated facilities services for the education sector. Community Engagement: Actively participate in key associations, shaping the industry and expanding our network. What You Bring: Visionary Background: Bachelor’s in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred. Trailblazing Experience: A decade in integrated facilities management, ideally in private education or equivalent. Building Maintenance Savviness: Deep understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulations. Project Wizardry: Proven project management prowess, from budgeting to resource allocation.
