The Operations Manager leads a team of specialty technicians. This manager is empowered to achieve sales goals and drive overall customer satisfaction. The Budd Group is looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to lead a team to success on a daily basis. Location: Winston-Salem, NC (50% daily and local travel)
Hours: First Shift (Must be willing to work outside of normal working hours as needed)

Key Objectives:
  • Be accountable for project management from start to finish.
  • Accountable to drive sales and revenue for Winston Salem Branch in order to achieve budget goals.
  • Manage labor and supply needs as required.
  • Establish a culture of safety.
  • Audit work for compliance and customer satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage, direct, and develop all quality initiatives and aspects related to customer relations and service management.
  • Hire, train, and continuously develop technicians to comply with company standards.
  • Manage and Execute daily operations of service routes and other customer needs
  • Control daily inventory of all supplies, chemicals, PPE, vehicles, etc.
  • Manage daily account functions
  • Manage all daily productivity and performance expectations.
  • Support route, sales, and administrative personnel.
  • Manage and maintain recurring revenue and invoices.
  • Execute a business plan for renewing, expanding, and developing business.
  • Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits.
  • Manage and schedule all routine maintenance on company trucks and equipment.
  • Adhere to all policies, guidelines, and outside agency compliance.
  • Professionally respect and embrace our company’s Goals and Values.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent managerial experience.
  • Relevant industry experience
  • Must possess a clean driving record.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Ability to analyze construction blueprints/specs (strongly preferred).
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up, creativity, problem-solving, and conflict management.
  • Must have high energy with the ability to multitask.
