Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of employees
• Ensure that team members are meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality work
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance
• Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve team efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on team performance to senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
