Job Description/Summary:
The Building People is looking for a maintenance supervisor position to fulfill the following tasks:
- Coordinates the installation.
- Maintenance and repair work in buildings or large complexes.
- Manages a team of workers, regularly inspect sites,
- execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects.
- Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads.
- Establish strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Coordinate daily cleaning and maintenance activities.
- Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed on time.
- Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations and practices on site.
- Conduct preventative maintenance work.
- Conduct follow-ups on all maintenance and repair work.
- Conduct safety inspections as scheduled
Experience & Education:
- Knowledgeable with computer-based maintenance and scheduling programs.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years' experience (including 3 years as a supervisor).
- Experience may substitute for education (10 years total experience in maintenance with at least 5 as a supervisor if no degree).
Preferred Experience:
- HVAC Master License
