What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Sales Representative position at The Busick Agency?
The Busick Agency, an agency of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for remote sales representatives to become a part of our team to run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and other products.
This is a commission-based sales position. The average commission is around $600 per sale and agents sell anywhere from 2 to 10 sales per week (depending on part-time/full-time status). These calculations are based on the starting commission level. A 5% raise in commission level is attainable every two months based on production. Promotions are purely based on personal performance and not corporate politics.
There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family.
