We are looking for a trustworthy, well-presented Front of House Staff to add a positive presence to our existing team. To be successful as Front of House Staff, you should be outgoing, personable, and able to handle stressful situations at times.
Must be available to work weekends.
Front of House Staff Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests and taking orders.
- Helping guests understand the flow of the restaurant and how we serve our patrons.
- Explaining the menu as needed.
- Letting other staff know about food and beverage allergies.
- Checking orders before delivering to customers.
- Running food orders from the kitchen to each table.
- Re-stocking cups and silverware as needed.
- Providing guests excellent customer service and accepting special requests when possible.
- Bussing tables.
- Maintain general cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Counting our register deposit at the end of shift.
- Closing duties and ensuring the restaurant is well prepared for the day ahead.
Front of House Requirements:
- Proven experience in the position of interest.
- Punctual.
- Excellent verbal communication and memorization skills.
- Great teamwork skills.
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable circumstances.
- Physically fit for the job, including standing long hours.
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
