Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lube Technician to join our team. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Duties:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks on vehicles
- Check and top off fluids, such as coolant, transmission fluid, and windshield washer fluid
- Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or needed repairs
- Complete basic automotive diagnostics to identify problems
- Assist customers with questions or concerns regarding their vehicle's maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service or as a lube technician is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Skills:
- Tire service: Ability to perform tire rotations, repairs, and replacements
