Duties and Responsibilities of an LPN:
- Plans and manages resident care according to each resident’s needs
- Interviews residents and records their medical history and physical condition
- Reviews medical charts
- Administers medication
- Provides wound care
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE required of an LPN:
- Certification: Current LPN license is required. CPR is a plus.
- Experience: Prior Healthcare or Long-Term Care experience is preferred.
