GENERAL SUMMARY
The Implementation Analyst supports data gathering and analysis and facilitates collaboration among Center divisions leading towards development of operational and project plans. The Implementation Analyst identifies and monitors strategic drivers with internal and external environments and monitors outcomes as needed for program goals. Work’s with a high degree of autonomy, acts as a key contributor in assisting executive leadership in activating Center initiatives by developing clear, insightful and actionable knowledge relevant to the initiative.
This position may support the implementation, deployment, day-to-day operation, and quality control for systems and processes and provides support for training related to selected system(s). With responsibilities that range from optimizing agency workflows to maximizing efficiencies inherent in the selected system(s) and contributes to team efforts to ensure the timely completion of project milestones to effective deployment, and smooth daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Acts as change agent for the Center’s Business Units (ABH, CBH, etc.) in support of implementation of selected project implementation plans and participate actively with the associated implementation team(s) to successfully identify, develop, implement, coordinate, facilitate and manage all critical elements of system(s).
· Develops, drives and monitors Center wide project planning initiatives to facilitate achievement of established strategic goals.
· In collaboration with executive management, assists all departments to identify clinical and administrative services ripe for improvement, as well as document performance improvement metrics and goals by way of project management support.
· Participates in the development and evaluation of Center policies and procedures to ensure integration of quality standards of practice, performance and outcomes metrics into all aspects of Center operations.
· Facilitates the implementation of project management strategies to direct and assist with the correct quality related deficiencies and ensure performance metrics are met.
· Develops project management plan(s), milestones and timelines, monitoring both scheduled and on-demand updates and management summaries which identify potential risks.
· Communicates regular updates to all participant staff (ABH, CBH, etc.) on project implementation and upgrades.
· Assesses existing workflows and make recommendations for improvements and/or standardizations that take best advantage of the HR, without negatively impacting service goals.
· Participates in the implementation and support processes (e.g. rollout planning and communication, training, support), so the overall rollout is consistent and successful.
· Works with implementation team in general, and with the administrators specifically, to develop data exchange standards that seamlessly exchange information with identified partners and to meet the reporting requirements for structured data.
· Assists teams in setting and monitoring strategic goals for service, quality, growth, profitability, productivity, and employee development in accordance with the Center’s strategic plan(s).
· Collaborates with IT leadership, Help Desk Technicians and others as needed for IT projects.
· Performs other related duties as required.
MINIMUM ENTRANCE QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Business or Health Administration, or other acceptable related field.
· Experience in change management processes and project management implementation of healthcare-related programs

Other Requirements
· Must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, be able to travel as needed, and be able to meet on a consistent basis the driving record requirements of the Company’s auto insurance carrier if you drive your vehicle during company business.
· Must maintain required credentials and mandatory training requirements to ensure compliance with all State regulations and CHCS policies.
· Must be able to meet the physical requirements to complete SAMA and CPR training including lifting up to 12 lbs. and supporting up to 55 lbs.; bending, stooping and getting on and off the floor without assistance.
COVID-19 Mandate Requirements
Unvaccinated Staff options:
a. Get Vaccinated per the CMS Mandate.
b. Have a medical/religious exemption. Unvaccinated staff will need to test once a week at the employees own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.
c. Consumer facing staff DO NOT have the option to be unvaccinated without an exemption.
d. If the position is not consumer facing, staff members may continue to be unvaccinated, without an exemption and test once a week at the employee’s own time/expense and must wear enhanced PPE to include an N95 face mask and a face shield.
Vaccinated Staff options:
a. For employees who are vaccinated and consumer facing, we are continuing to require wearing an N95 mask.
b. For all other vaccinated employees, we are requiring a cloth, surgical or N95 mask be worn in all shared spaces.
c. Vaccinated employees may only go unmasked if in a single occupancy office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Master’s degree in Behavioral Health with clinical licensure
· Five plus (5 ) years’ experience working in health care services industry experience with or knowledge of wellness oriented trauma-informed care
