Case Manager - PC ICM
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Associate Director of Resettlement
Supervises: None
Travel: Local as needed
Department: Resettlement

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication with clients to provide the core contractual services of the Program: receive and welcome clients, complete initial housing and personal safety orientation immediately upon arrival, and provide referrals and follow up to local providers for health care, education, employment services, public assistance, social services, etc. Also arrange appointments and transportation when necessary.
Ensure that all forms, reports, and procedures are completed as required.
Client case management for refugees over the 90 day R&P period.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in human services, education, health, or related field, or equivalent combination of an Associate degree and work experience
2. Experience working with diverse populations in a multicultural environment
3. Excellent customer services and communications skills
4. Ability to operate a computer and work with emails, word processing, and spreadsheets
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Excellent time management and organizational skills
7. Applicants must have native-level proficiency in any of the following languages: Kinyarwanda, Kiswahili (Swahili), French, Somali, Maay Maay, Kisgua, Lingala, Dioula or Kirundi.
8. Ability to work with a team
