We are currently seeking a Wellness Coordinator to join our assisted living team at one of our Elderly Residential Facility.

Qualifications (non-negotiable):

• Able to pass DOJ FBI live scan criminal background clearance mandated by licensing
• Able to pass pre employment physical and drug screening
• High school diploma or GED required
• Flexible scheduling. Position may include weekends and holidays
• Experience medication administration preferred

Job Description:

• Oversee Med Techs and Caregivers as the Supervisor
• Oversees entire operation of Med Room
• Maintains monthly staff schedule for department
• Drafts and administers corrective actions for department
• Maintains monthly staff CEU training for department
• Audits/reviews refills for the med room
• Handles call-offs, finds coverage for department
• Reviews FES for completion of ADL's, meal rosters, status checks, daily log, etc.
• Responsible for New Hire Onboarding process
• Coordinators with lead caregiver to schedule new employee shadowing
• Coordinates and maintains resident shower list schedule
• Submits order for monthly incontinence supplies for residents (Medline)
• Secondary to complete potential resident assessments (Director is Primary)
• Assists with direct care and covering shifts as needed
• All Non-medical related in-service will be prepared and led by Wellness Coordinator
• Backup Driver
• Additional duties as assigned by Administration

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Assisted living: 1 year (Required)
