What are the responsibilities and job description for the FamilySearch Talent Sourcing and Recruiting, 6 month Full-time Temp position at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
We are looking for a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter who is excited about candidate sourcing and enjoys the process of finding candidates and enriching their candidate profiles. This position is for a person who loves mining for information, getting creative in their searches and in finding new channels to source from. This is a full-time temporary position which lasts 6 months.
- Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool for hiring needs across multiple industries across the globe
- Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify the best candidates, including our ATS and third-party products e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, really, SeekOut, etc.
- Build sourcing strategy with targets and timelines
- Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for current hiring needs
- Develop strong working relationships and rapport with recruiters, business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- 6 years recruiter or sourcing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field
- Experience with recruiter / sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, HireEZ, etc.
- Experience sourcing online via social media, Boolean searches, event databases, etc.
- Strong ability to track, manage, and analyze data
- Ability to communicate with recruiters and hiring managers
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
- Proficient using MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Salary : $55,300 - $70,100
