GENERAL DUTIES
Completes non-teaching projects or complex work in support of a Campus or University administrative or academic department. This work is generally of a temporary nature and requires specialized experience or expertise.

CAMPUS SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Student Affairs, the Case Manager will perform the following duties:
Serve as a liaison between Counseling Services and other campus support services
Connect students to appropriate campus and community resources
Update and expand referral network and build relationships with community resources and agencies
Collaborate and work closely with clinical staff
Provide outreach services to special populations, including undocumented students
Demonstrate ability to handle confidential information in a sensitive manner
Manage referral process, including obtaining release forms, communicating with outside providers/organizations, and follow-up
Performs related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in social work, public health, health policy, counseling, or related fields is preferred
Experience working in a mental health setting with diverse and urban population
Understanding of mental health care in higher education and familiarity with diagnoses that commonly affect college students is desirable;
Ability to work flexible hours which includes weekends as needed.
Experience with diverse students/clients is a must.
The ability to engage with underrepresented groups including women, students of color, first generation students and students from the LGBTQA community is essential.
COMPENSATION
$46.49 - $76.77 Hourly
Salary compensate with qualification and experience
