Maintenance Director (Duties)
- Responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community and its physical plant
- Hires, evaluates, coordinates, motivates, monitors performance, schedules and supervises department staff in accordance with company policy and state law
- Maintains required documentation and logs.
- Budgets staffing hours and all maintenance supplies
- Performs other duties consistent with position as assigned
Maintenance Director (Qualifications)
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Five years maintenance experience
- Two years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of senior housing and state regulations
- Continuous walking and standing inside and outside
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs.
- Ability, licensure, and willingness to drive community van as directed
