Café Manager

Duties:
- Supervise and manage all aspects of café operations, including staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings are consistently provided to customers.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the café.
- Train and develop staff members on proper food safety procedures and customer service skills.
- Create and manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with vendors to order supplies, negotiate pricing, and maintain inventory levels.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase café sales.

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant industry is required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Culinary background or experience as a cook is preferred.
- Barista experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
