Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process
- Engage with pre-employment applicants via text, email, and phone
- Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate department
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues
- Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
