Front Line Supervisor - Hiring BONUS

The Community Supports Network (CSN) is currently offering a $1000 hiring bonus for candidates who apply through 8/11/22 and are successfully hired. The hiring bonus is paid in 3 installments: $200 - First paycheck following completion of initial two-week training, $300 - 3 months of employment and all training complete, $500 - 6 months of employment. 

*Applicants previously employed by CSN within the past 6 months are not eligible for this bonus

Description:

As a Front Line Supervisor (FLS), you will develop and lead team members to deliver quality services that help support individuals to learn, grow, and live their best possible lives and thrive as members of their community! This is a salaried position requiring evening and weekend availability, and will be part of the weekend On-Call rotation for the agency once trained.

What You’ll do

• Assist with daily tasks/chores like cooking, cleaning, medication management
• Support individuals to practice and maintain good hygiene
• Run errands such as shopping and going to appointments
• Encourage and foster individuals’ hobbies and interests
• Provide habilitation & documentation 
• Follow health & safety protocols
• Engage and coach Direct Support Professionals
• Manage & Oversee Residential Home
