What are the responsibilities and job description for the Onsite/Bench Technician position at The Computer Connection?
Requires working knowledge of computer systems, Mostly Windows-based systems. Ability to tune up, diagnose, and repair computer issues. Ability to talk to customers on the phone and in person. Ability to do basic troubleshooting, schedule appointments, etc. Ability to use remote access and POS systems to manage service tickets, maintenance agreements, and retail sales. Must work well with other team members. Great communication and patience.
