Office Support staff member needed for local growing IT company.
Candidate Requirements Include:
* A self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. Follow through without supervision is a must.
* Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable and confident when interacting with the public, whether in person or on the telephone. The position does require flexibility and organizational skills.
* Candidate will have experience using computers, using a schedule program, corresponding with clients and staff via email. Candidate should also be familiar with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
* This candidate will be responsible for the general appearance of the store, answering the phone, scheduling appointments, inputting transactions into QuickBooks and making our customers feel welcome.
* Ability to enter and exit customer facilities with stairs only.
* Must be able to pass drug screen and back ground check.
* MUST be a Mobile County resident with a current Mobile County address.
