What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager/Store Manager position at The Connor Group?

Once at The Connor Group, you will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all the ins and outs of running a successful business. Successful managers have an Ownership Mindset Mentality while using proven systems and processes you will run a successful business.
Main Responsibilities Include:
· Maintaining a high level of accountability while managing and motivating your team.
· Maintain a full Profit & Loss statement, bill-pay, expense control, and expense tracking system.
· Training, coaching, and developing direct reports.
· Responsible for all aspects of sales management, including new rentals, renewals, and traffic building.
· The delivery of excellent customer service.
· Managing your Maintenance Team, coordinating work orders, and turns.
Qualifications:
· Four-wall management experience.
· A clear system of time management and organizational skills.
· Proven success in running and driving a financially successful business.
· A high level of accountability – from setting clear expectations to the follow-up.
· Experience training and developing teams.
· The ability to overcome adversity and understand the importance of improvement from that adversity.
· Experience in sales and operations.

Managers typically work 50-55 hours a week.
We try to ensure every manager gets one full weekend off a month.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
