Mended Rose Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leads Site Carpenter to take charge of our residential remodeling projects.

As a veteran-owned, whole-home remodeling company with over 18 years of experience, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, efficient, and affordable remodeling services.

The Leads Site Carpenter will manage day-to-day operations on job sites, ensuring all work is completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards.

This role requires exceptional carpentry skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Lead and supervise on-site activities for residential remodeling projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently and adheres to project schedules.
• Manage a team of carpenters and subcontractors, providing guidance and direction to ensure high-quality workmanship in all phases of remodeling, from framing and drywall to finishing and cabinetry installation.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and keeping them informed about project progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes, maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times.
• Monitor and manage materials, tools, and equipment to ensure their proper use and availability.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify that all carpentry work meets company standards before final project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to resolve any issues that may arise and ensure smooth project delivery.

The ideal candidate should possess :

• Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with a focus on residential remodeling projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and carpentry best practices, particularly in remodeling.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
