POSITION SUMMARY
This professional will work to assist and support quality assurance efforts and promote the integration of co-occurring disorders internally and externally.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Quality:
· Carelogic Support Internal (help requests, password resets, system issues)
· Monitor Carelogic, errors/accuracy, documentation completion (notes, tx plans, dc paperwork, etc.)
· Produces reports and organizes data from databases as directed (CRF/DCOT financial and service reports)
· Carelogic New Feature Implementation
· Carelogic Maintenance
Co-Occurring Disorders
· Work within the agency to create/improve systems to integrate mental health and substance use assessment/screening/services where appropriate
· Work with administrative staff, program managers, and directors to ensure program compliance with all guidelines and procedures
· Work with external organizations to assist with assessment of current integrated systems and program implementation of services
· Participate in presentations highlighting the work of the Center for Co-Occurring Disorders
· Communicate and consult with co-workers / team and outside agencies as needed to ensure effective treatment for clients
· Attend meetings, trainings and workshops at The Council and outside locations as requested
· Conduct educational presentations in the community as requested
· Act as an ambassador for The Council at all times
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Credentials/Education
· Minimum of Master level professional in the human science field.
Experience/Skill
· Strong presentation skills
· Highly flexible and able to adapt to changing job requirements
· Excellent organization skills and very detail oriented
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Able to work independently and within a team
· Experience will the following industries preferred: Department of Family Protective Services, Criminal Justice, Mental Health, Physical Health
· Above average computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word); CMBHS proficiency preferred
· Valid Texas driver’s license, proof of insurance and a safe driving record.
