The Cozy Taberna is looking for professional Food Runners to grow our FOH team. Seeking a motivated, personable individual who is comfortable interacting with guests, as you will be working in an open kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and able to take direction well. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food and customer service.
Duties:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Skills:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic culinary knowledge and familiarity with different types of cuisine
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or plates as needed
Hourly Rate: Base $14.20/hr plus tips averaging $20/hr.

Pay: $14.20 - $20.50 per hour
