We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of operating systems, desktop support, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and peripherals
- Set up and maintain user accounts and profiles
- Assist with network administration tasks, such as managing LAN connections and firewall configurations
- Implement system upgrades and enhancements
- Respond to problems in a timely manner and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain all security needs regarding office and client data
- Manage maintenance of all printers and scanners
- Maintain accurate records
- Conduct user training sessions on software applications
Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar IT support role
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Mac OS) and desktop support
- Experience with VOIP phone systems
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including LAN/WAN configurations and firewall management
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively
