Responsibilities of the Product Marketing Manager:
- Use a variety of sources to research and analyze relevant business situations/trends and proactively recognize, evaluate, and develop messages to address key issues, drivers, and solutions.
- Identify opportunities where UKG can be viewed as a thought leader.
- Interview and document customer's experience with UKG solutions through phone interviews, in-person meetings, emails, etc.
- Participate in conferences, tradeshows articles/blogs, to learn, network and expand the UKG brand.
- Work with Corporate Communications and PR on social media campaigns.
- Develop impactful sales tools and resources including collateral, white papers, presentations, etc.
- Design and deliver creative content plans and assets that include industry thought leadership and specific industry messaging in support of various campaigns/programs.
- Build relationships with external industry experts. Interview and promote UKG customer stories.
- Collaborate with management, sales, and customers to develop and execute programs, events, and initiatives that support industry goals.
- Support individual sales rep deal and/or prospect strategy including RFP responses.
Requirements of the Product Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication and/or Business required.
- 5 years of relevant marketing, communication, PR and/or writing experience required.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills required.
- Self-starter who can identify problems and proactively suggest, then execute creative solutions with minimal hands-on supervision.
- Experience in SaaS marketing and/or sales is preferred.
- Willingness to learn, research, and report on how software generates ROI for our customers. Previous experience preferred.
- Experience working in retail, food service, or a hospitality organization is helpful and preferred.
- Experience with presenting in front of small and large groups virtually and in-person.
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%. Subject to COVID-19 travel restrictions and policies.
