The Demarco Group is a National Insurance Recruitment Company and we are seeking an Operations Manager for one of our Insurance Brokerage Clients located in Roseville or SF.
* Mandatory that you'll need to have excellent experience with Applied EPIC Agency Software.
* Running the day to day operations of the office including Billings, Receivables, Collections
* Overseeing the Operation and Business Flow to make recommendations on how your Acct Managers can do their job better
* Basic Accounting Knowledge
* Managing the office and the Processes, suggestions for better ways to operate
* Oversee the Staff of 7 people including the Acct Managers
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
