What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer/Technician (Presidential Arms) position at The DePaul Group?
DePaul Management is currently seeking a full-time General Laborer to add to our team at Presidential Apartments.
The GENERAL LABORER will work with the Maintenance Department in rehabbing apartments as well as maintain the grounds, lawn, landscaping, parking areas, and common area facilities.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning debris from construction sites
- Moving material in and out of construction sites
- Running Errands for Maintenance Technicians
- Clean up of grounds, including mowing, weed whacking, trash removal
- Assist in construction duties as needed
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience using drywall
- Can lift heavy material on a regular and consistent basis (50lbs )
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Can Prioritize and reprioritize on a regular basis
- Has the ability to work both as a team and independently.
This is a full time, benefit eligible position.

- Perform heavy manual labor in most job duties
