Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized, hard-working, and people-first Front Desk Associate to join our team. The Front Desk Associate will be the first point of contact for our members and visitors, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Customer Service
- Greet and welcome all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Assist customers with inquiries, membership registrations, and program information
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Front Desk Operations
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for members and guests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and memberships
- Schedule and confirm bookings for resources and programs
- Administrative Tasks:
- Process payments and handle cash
- Update and maintain customer databases and records
- Facility Management:
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean, organized, and presentable
- Monitor and manage access to the facility
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
