The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently scanning and digitizing documents for entry into our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). This role involves meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Phase 1:
- Review and organize archive documents stored in boxes.
- Identify and remove duplicate files.
- Remove staples, bindings, or any other materials that may hinder the scanning process.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of documents before scanning.
- Operate scanning equipment to digitize prepared documents.
- Verify the quality and clarity of scanned images.
- Organize scanned files according to established procedures.
- Enter scanned documents accurately into the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information throughout the scanning process.
- Prior experience with document scanning or similar clerical work is preferred.
- Familiarity with scanning equipment and software is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Comfortable lifting and moving boxes of documents (up to 25 pounds).
