What We Accomplish Together
The Edgewater Spa offers the highest quality of customer service delivered to our guests both in and out of salon and spa services. Our Nail Technicians enjoy a beautiful, relaxing work environment located directly on the shores of Lake Mendota, along with the pride that comes from working for a company with a reputation for remarkable service. Our Nail Technicians are responsible for performing nail care treatments according to their qualifications, experience and license. Services may include polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, and acrylics (take out).

What You Have
- Previous Nail Technician experience. Experience within a luxury day spa environment is a plus.
- A Nail Technician License in accordance with Wisconsin State Law.
- Maintained records as required by federal, state, local, and company regulations.
- Prior service and/or product sales experience.
- Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies, products and equipment while maintaining a clean, organized and sanitary work space.
- A caring, outgoing individual who can meet/exceed customer expectations and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Excellent customer service skills with a genuine interest in helping clients, along with the desire to work in a team environment.
- Flawless hygiene, ethics, and practices.
Working Conditions
This position operates in a full-service spa and professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines and standard spa equipment, such as care products, hot tools, linens, cleaning equipment and supplies. This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday work.

The employee must frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
