As the Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for providing quality service to our guests with efficient handling of both transient and group travel accommodations. You will also employ your hospitality acumen, knowledge, and experience to effectively schedule advanced spa times and dining scheduling for all leisure hotel guests. You will apply your strategic and organizational skills to effectively manage all guest and administrative requests in an efficient and professional manner.
Skills/Requirements
- A high school diploma
- Experience in reservations is preferable
- Excellent oral and written communication and computer skills
- The ability to sit the majority of each shift
Additional skills sought include high attention to detail, positive personal interactions skills, and the ability to work on and complete multiple tasks in a timely fashion.
This is a casual position which will range between 25 and 35 hours per week. Qualified candidates should have availability to work other hours as needed including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Working Conditions:
This position operates in a professional office environment. The role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position requires weekend work.
