Director of Membership & Communications
Membership :
Facilitate Prospective Member process
- Maintain CRM of prospective member outreach
- Promptly answer all inquiries regarding membership
- Conduct tours of facilities
- Assist application process
- Table at external community events promoting membership
- Facilitate any complimentary Club usage of prospective members and communicate to the appropriate parties
Coordinate and execute open house events
Maintain Membership Roster for GM/BOD
Coordinate Club advertising to promote membership
Develop annual New Member Brochure and all informational hand-outs
Communications:
Monthly Member Newsletter
Weekly and as-needed Member Communications
External Club advertising
Maintain website (public and Member Central)
Maintain Club Social Media platforms
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
Maintain internal television promotion slideshow (Screenly)
Maintain Club Central (ForeTees) member app
In -House Design & Creative:
Member Guest Events
- Create materials for use promoting events
- Create materials for use during events
- Sponsor amenity tracking
- Support events by assisting with registration, photographs
Record, edit, publish video materials as needed for membership
- Food & Beverage Support-Menus, Table Tents, Event Flyers, etc.
- Golf Support - Scorecards, Posters, Tournament Promotional Materials, etc.
Communications Creative
- Monthly Member Newsletter
- Promotional Flyers for Club Events
- E-mail Blasts
Material for Television Slideshows
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
