Looking for friendly individual to be part of one of the most exciting new Brewery/Restaurant/Music Venues in the area.
Responsibilities
- Greet/Interact with guests professionally
- Know table and seat numbers
- Know, understand and relay The Englewood’s concept and history
- Maintain menu sanitation and counts
- Check restrooms for cleanliness and touch ups
- Answer incoming calls professionally: take reservations, answer questions, forward call or take messages
- Develop understanding of reservation system to modify floor plan to accommodate various sized parties
- Walk guests to tables
- Update table availability
Skills
- Ability to learn and operate a restaurant reservation system
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Ability to learn and operate a restaurant reservation system
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
