We are looking for experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our rapidly growing team. As a family-owned and operated home improvement company, we take pride in providing high-quality bathroom remodeling services to our customers in multiple markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arkansas.

Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers who have requested information and are interested in getting a bathroom remodeled. Your goal is to qualify the customers, project that they are wanting done and schedule a free in-home consultation. To succeed in this role, you must be familiar and comfortable selling over the phone (auto dialer), CRM management and data entry, and able to maintain efficient KPI metrics.
The right candidate will be:
- Coachable and open to learning the systemized approach for setting appointments.
- Consistent with following scripting and training to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Able to type 35 WPM and interact with customers while updating system information simultaneously.
- Eager to meet and exceed monthly demo goals.
- Experienced in the home improvement/home remodeling industry is ideal but not required.

- Schedule is Monday - Thursday, 10:00a - 7:00p , Friday 8:00a - 5:00p and Saturday 8:30a - 5:00p (off on a weekday when scheduled on Saturday's)
We offer:
- Starting salary of $42,000
- Commission pay per demo, paid weekly with no earning cap
- 80 hours of PTO after 30 days
