Essential Job Duties
- Proactively unearth new sales opportunities through strategic networking, transforming leads into enduring partnerships
- Manage the entire sales cycle seamlessly, from identifying potential clients to securing lucrative deals
- Prospect customers daily, documenting activities through our CRM system
- Showcase our services with flair and creativity when presenting to prospective clients, ensuring a compelling pitch that resonates
- Provide professional after-sales support, fostering customer dedication and satisfaction
- Support internal stakeholders in the seamless onboarding of new accounts, ensuring a smooth transition
- Maintain frequent contact with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying proactive areas for improvement
- Swiftly respond to client complaints, resolving issues with a focus on customer contentment and the preservation of our stellar reputation
- Quote pricing and skillfully negotiate lanes directly with customers, ensuring competitive yet profitable agreements
- Negotiate agreements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure strict compliance with industry standards
- Attend and actively contribute to regular sales meetings, providing valuable insights and staying aligned with organizational goals
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing ideas, recommendations, and providing support to team members
- Attend industry networking events strategically, expanding your professional network and representing New Age effectively
- Stay abreast of market conditions, ensuring a deep understanding of industry trends and dynamics
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ambitious team player
- Eager to learn and open to different methods of execution
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English in a professional manner
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of logistics sales and/or operations experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field
- CRM experience
- Bilingual, English/Spanish

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
