THE EYE AVENUE is seeking an energetic and friendly individual to manage patient
reception, perform front desk and optometric assistance duties part-time in our growing eye care practice.
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome incoming patients
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Verifying and filing insurance benefits
- Assist with optical dispensary
- Assist with examination pretesting
Qualifications
- Friendly, bright, and detail-oriented
- Strong organizational abilities
- Willingness to work in a team environment
- Front desk and/or sales experience preferred
- Medical assistance experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with computers, electronic health records, and tablets
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
